YOU GOT BEEF Crusted Beef Fillet

A 500 ml bottle of Gold Gourmet Foods Blue Cheese Sauce
1kg of rolled beef fillet
3 tablespoons of olive oil
1 large baking tray
1 sheet of aluminium foil
Here’s how you make your dish:
Pre-heat your oven to 230 degrees
Brush your 1kg beef fillet with olive oil, ensuring you cover all areas generously
Cover your 1kg beef fillet with three big table spoons of You Got Beef rub, making sure you apply a thick cover to all areas of the beef fillet
Place on your baking tray and cook in pre-heated oven for 15-20 minutes before turning over and cooking for a further 10 minutes
Remove your cooked beef fillet and cover with aluminium foil and let sit for 10 minutes
Using a sharp knife, slice your unwrapped, amazing crusted beef fillet and serve at room temperature adding a thick drizzle of Gold Gourmet Foods Blue Cheese sauce or pouring into a bowl for guests to add as they like
