Grab these Ingredients 

• 2kg of fresh prawns

• 1 x lemon

• 1 bag of ice cubes

Here’s how you make your dish:

1. After beating the rush to secure your two-kilogram bag of fresh prawns, fill a serving bowl, (the deeper and wider, the better) with ice cubes, creating a small mound but not allowing the ice to overflow. Then take your prawns and scatter across the ice, being careful not to overfill

2. Cut your lemon into 8ths and place it on a small plate
