You only need these

• 4 turkish bread rolls

• 1 baby cos lettuce, picked and washed

• 8 slices of rindless bacon

• 2 ripe tomatoes sliced

• Gold Gourmet Foods Whole Egg Mayo, Ranch Dressing or Garlic Aioli, magnificent!

It is really, really simple to make;

1. In a large pan or BBQ cook bacon on medium heat until crispy.

2. Toast rolls in the grill while bacon is cooking.

3. Drain bacon on paper towel and remove rolls once crusty and golden.

4. Place bottom half of rolls onto plates and generously dress with Gold Gourmet Foods Whole Egg Mayo, Ranch Dressing or Garlic Aioli, stack with lettuce, tomato and bacon then dress with Gold Gourmet Foods Whole Egg Mayo, Ranch Dressing or Garlic Aioli again and enjoy!
